SHIPPING CHARGES

Though we commit 5-10 working days for your online orders to reach at your doorstep, but most of the times it takes much faster to reach, just because you may be living in a metro or given your shipping address in detail with a landmark and you have ensured someone to receive the packet during the working hours.

To ensure that your order is delivered right-on-time, please make sure of the following while entering your Shipping Address and Phone Number details.

1. Please provide your complete address details such as your House number, Building Name, Floor, Street Name, Locality with Landmark.

2. Enter correct City, State and Zip/Postal Code details. Orders may get misrouted if these details are incorrect.

3. Kindly make sure that Phone Number (preferably Mobile) is correct and reachable. We may need to call you for delivery related queries.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please make sure someone is available at the shipping address to pay cash by tendering exact change.

Please do not accept the package if it appears to have been tampered with. If a product is damaged, inform our customer service immediately at +91-8779355723 or cs@munjapara.com.

Replacement conditions

Munjapara Industries LLP offers 7 days replacement guarantee (product should reach us within 7 days of receipt by the customer) for all products sold on munjapara.com, under certain conditions which are mentioned below.

Customers will notify us of any damage or defect within 24 hours from the date of receipt of delivery of the products, in case customer fails to inform i within the stipulated time frame, Munjapara Industries LLP reserves the right to accept or reject such request at its discretion. Munjapara Industries LLP will replace the defective product with a brand new product at no extra cost.

Munjapara Industries LLP will try to replace the specific product ordered. However, the company reserves the right to offer an alternate product in case the product is out of stock/ production.

The 7 days replacement guarantee is valid only in cases of manufacturing defects and transport damages and is invalid in cases of damages due to normal wear & tear and negligence on part of the customer. Customers are advised to contact customer service within 24 hours, failing which we may decide not take a request for replacement.

In case of exchange of products, shipping Fees for both the sides and COD fees, if any, would be charged.

All payments must be received by us prior to shipping unless the order is placed by using Cash on delivery (COD) payment mode. We accept payment by cheque/cash/draft, net-banking, credit card, debit card, cash card.

Shipping and Handling

We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Shipping schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in the shipments. Title and risk of loss and damages pass on to you upon the products delivery to you. In case reverse shipment cannot be arranged by us due to unavailability of our logistics partners, then in that case you may be requested to send such products through any available courier services.
